Squash Fries
I had 2 butternut squash sitting in my kitchen, waiting to be cooked. The first I turned into butternut squash soup. I wanted to be a bit more creative with the second one, so I figured I'd make fries out of them. The boys must have eaten an entire 3 pound squash worth of oven fries. They chowed on them all afternoon and then asked for more. I ate quite a few myself, to me they were as sweet as candy.

I had two butternut squash sitting in my kitchen, patiently waiting to be transformed into something delicious. Instead of my usual go-to butternut squash soup, I decided to get creative and whip up some crispy, golden squash fries. Little did I know, I had stumbled upon a culinary masterpiece that would become a fast favorite in our household.

The boys devoured an entire three-pound squash worth of these oven-roasted fries. They couldn't get enough of their sweet, almost candy-like flavor. I couldn't resist indulging myself, and I must say, they were absolutely addictive. If you're looking for a healthy and satisfying snack or side dish, these squash fries are the perfect choice. They're easy to make, packed with nutrients, and downright irresistible. Give them a try and see for yourself why they've become a staple in our kitchen!"
