One of my favorite ways to enjoy these smoked mushrooms and tomatoes is to toss them with freshly cooked pasta, a drizzle of high-quality extra virgin olive oil, and a sprinkle of fresh herbs like basil or parsley. The combination of smoky, savory flavors with the fresh, bright herbs creates a symphony of tastes that's truly unforgettable.
