  • 1/2 up coconut sugar (regular sugar or brown sugar would work too)
  • 2 very ripe bananas mashed (about 1 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (other oils would work)
  • 2 eggs whisked
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh sweet cherries pitted and chopped
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips (i use enjoy life brand)
