• Preheat Oven at 400 F.
• In a Large Mixing Bowl, Cream the Butter & Sugar together.
• Add Egg & Mix Well.
• Add Vanilla, then Flour, Soda & Salt. Mix Well.
• Add if Desired Nuts, Raisings, Coconut or Un-Sweet Chocolate. Mix Well.
• Roll the Paste in Wax Paper & Put in the Fridge to Set-Up.
• When Chilled Well, Cut Thin Slices & Place onto a Cookie Baking Sheet.
