    • While the potatoes are boiling melt the butter with the milk over medium heat adding the salt and pepper when warm.
    • Mash the potatoes, add the thyme and Garlic Salt (if you really like garlic like I do feel free to add some garlic powder too!)
    • Stir in 1/2 of the milk mix
    • Put in prepared casserole dish and drizzle the rest of the milk mixture on top
    • Bake at 350 uncovered for 45 minutes!
