Ingredients I used (just a quick reminder): 6 eggs, 2 tsp baking powder, 2 tablespoons coconut flour, 2 tablespoons psyllium husks, 6 oz cream cheese, 4 oz melted butter, 2 oz almond flour, 1/5 tsp ground caraway, 1/5 tsp ground cardamom, 2 tsp sesame seeds (optional).

Step-by-step

    • In a mixing bowl, beat eggs together with cream cheese and melted butter until totally smooth
    • Add the remaining ingredients and mix until it resembles a soft dough. Let the dough sit aside for around 10 minutes.
    • Preheat oven to 425F
    • Shape the dough or divide it into two rows of a baguette tray. Score the bread with diagonal slashes or a pattern of your choice.
    • Moisten the top of the dough with some cold water. Lightly shape. Then sprinkle the sesame seeds (optional)
    • Put the dough into the oven.
    • Let 2 minutes elapse, then open the oven door and throw 4 ice cubes into the oven.
    • In 10 minutes, lower the temperature to 350F. Bake for another 30 minutes or until the bread turns a light golden brown.
    • Take out the bread to cool.
