Chicken Caldereta
Chicken Caldereta
A Filipino traditional dish, with a little twist. Normally this dish is made with beef, pork or lamb but I prefer chicken. What I was told about this dish is that it takes the western flavors and adds it to the common flavors of the Philippines. I hope you enjoy!

And the best part? My family absolutely loves it! It's a dish that consistently brings smiles to their faces, which makes all the effort worthwhile.

The beauty of Chicken Caldereta is its versatility. It’s a hearty dish that can be enjoyed for lunch or dinner, and the leftovers are just as delicious the next day!
