Step-by-step

    • Over med high heat melt butter. Add onion carrot salt and cook. Until the onions soften, abt 5 min. Add garlic and stir continuously 1 min.
    • Add brother, broccoli, bay leaf and pepper. Bring to boil then reduce to low. Simmer covered until broccoli and carrots are tender , abt 15-20 min.
    • Remove bay leave turn heat off. Blend soup. Add tahini and chevre and blend again.
    • Taste and season with additional salt and pepper if needed. Keep warm until ready to serve.
