BBQ Pork Tenderloin in the Crock-Pot
I wanted to make BBQ pork tenderloin in the slow cooker, but not pulled pork. This worked out nicely so I thought I'd post the recipe so I can make it again. Hope you enjoy it too. This was easy to slice, though could have easily been shredded as well. Served with rice to put the extra sauce on, along with a vegetable (I used peas and carrots). I only cooked 1 pork tenderloin and had lots of sauce leftover so you might only want to double the sauce if you do 3 or more tenderloins I would guess?!?

My Simple, Delicious Crock-Pot BBQ Pork Tenderloin

As a busy working mom, finding time to cook delicious, healthy meals can feel like a constant struggle. Weeknights are often a blur of school pick-ups, homework battles, and the never-ending cycle of laundry. So, when I stumbled upon this crock-pot BBQ pork tenderloin recipe, it was a revelation. It's the perfect solution for a weeknight dinner that's both flavorful and incredibly easy to prepare. No more complicated recipes or hours spent slaving away in the kitchen!

The beauty of this recipe lies in its simplicity. Just toss everything into the slow cooker in the morning, and by dinnertime, you have a perfectly cooked, tender, and juicy pork tenderloin, ready to be sliced and served. I love that it's not overly sweet, like some BBQ sauces can be. The subtle sweetness from the brown sugar is perfectly balanced by the tang of the vinegar and Worcestershire sauce, creating a complex flavor profile that will impress even the pickiest eaters.

I usually serve this with a side of fluffy white rice, which soaks up the delicious BBQ sauce beautifully. Steamed green beans or a simple salad would also make excellent accompaniments. The leftovers are just as good, if not better, the next day! I often pack them for lunch, and it’s always a welcome change from my usual sandwich routine. It's incredibly versatile and easily customizable to your preferences. Feel free to experiment with different spices or add a touch of heat with some red pepper flakes.

This recipe has become a staple in my household, a go-to meal when I need a quick, easy, and satisfying dinner. It’s a lifesaver on busy weeknights, and it always makes my family happy. The tenderloin is so easy to slice, but you could easily shred it if you prefer a pulled pork style, though I much prefer the ease and elegance of simply slicing it.

Beyond the convenience, this recipe is also a great way to experiment with different flavors. I’ve started experimenting with different types of BBQ sauces, adding a touch of smoky paprika or chipotle powder for a deeper, richer taste. The possibilities are truly endless! Don't be afraid to get creative and make it your own.

The best part? The cleanup is a breeze! Simply wipe down the slow cooker, and you're done. No more mountains of dirty dishes to contend with after a long day. I find that this recipe is a perfect balance between effort and reward. It’s a true testament to the power of simple cooking, resulting in a meal that’s both delicious and deeply satisfying.

If you're looking for a quick, easy, and delicious meal that the whole family will love, then this crock-pot BBQ pork tenderloin is a must-try. Trust me; you won't be disappointed. This recipe is a keeper, and I’m confident it will become a go-to in your household too. Enjoy!

Pro Tip: If you're short on time, prepare the sauce the night before and store it in the refrigerator. This will save you time in the morning when you're getting everything ready for the slow cooker.
