These caramels are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that are perfect for any occasion. They're made with just a few simple ingredients and can be ready in under an hour.

The first step is to butter a 9x13 inch dish. Then, in a heavy saucepan, combine 2 cups of white sugar, 1 1/2 cups of corn syrup, 2 cups of heavy cream, and 1 cup of butter. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring often. Once it's boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the mixture has thickened and turned a light amber color.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until it's completely cooled. Once it's cooled, cut the caramels into 1 inch squares and wrap them in waxed paper.

These caramels are a great way to satisfy your sweet tooth without feeling guilty. They're made with all-natural ingredients and are free of artificial flavors and preservatives. Plus, they're incredibly delicious and will be a hit with everyone who tries them.
