The best part? This recipe is incredibly adaptable. One night, I might use ground turkey, while another night, I’ll use chicken or even shrimp. The frozen vegetable mix is also easily customized. Sometimes I use a pre-made blend, but other times I'll throw in whatever fresh vegetables I have in the fridge – broccoli, peppers, carrots, snap peas – whatever works! The beauty of this dish lies in its simplicity and flexibility. It's a perfect example of how a simple recipe can be transformed to suit your taste and what you have available. The secret weapon? A good quality sweet and sour sauce – it elevates the entire dish, providing that perfect balance of sweet, sour, and savory.

    • When rice is done, place on a plate.
    • When ground turkey and vegetables are done, drain and place over rice.
