Step-by-step

    • Add all the dry ingredients into a large bowl and mix with a butter knife.
    • Once mixed, make a hole in the middle, add the Olive Oil and warm water and again mix with a butter knife.
    • Once mixed, use your hands (in a circular motion around the bowl), to further mix.
    • Once mixed, place the dough on a clean bench top and quickly knead for 5 minutes (it is important to knead quickly).
    • Put the dough back in the bowl, cover with a tea towel and place in a dark, warm area until the dough has risen (at least a couple of hours, preferably overnight).
    • Once the dough has risen, place back on a clean bench top and "punch it" once in the middle to "pop" the air out. Place back into the bowl.
    • To make your individual pizza bases, break small pieces of dough off (1 at a time...about 12 cm in diameter), and roll with a rolling pin into appropriate size and shape. (Tip: roll the small pieces of dough on Glad Bake, sprinkled with flour, and transfer the dough and Glad Bake into the oven for easy cooking)
    • Top with Pizza sauce, add favourite toppings and cook in a pre-heated (220°C) oven.
