As a busy mom of three, I'm always looking for quick and easy breakfast recipes that my kids will love. This breakfast pizza is a lifesaver! It's so simple to make, and it's always a hit with my little ones.

The best part about this recipe is that it's so versatile. You can use any type of sausage, cheese, or hash browns that you like. I also like to add some chopped vegetables to the top of the pizza for a little extra nutrition. My kids love it when I add some sliced mushrooms, onions, or bell peppers.

This breakfast pizza is also a great way to use up leftovers. If you have some leftover sausage or hash browns, just throw them on the pizza and bake it until it's heated through. It's a delicious and easy way to clean out your fridge!

So next time you're looking for a quick and easy breakfast, give this breakfast pizza a try. I promise you won't be disappointed!

Step-by-step

    • Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.
    • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
    • Separate crescent roll dough into 8 triangles. Place in an ungreased 12 inch pizza pan with points toward the center. Press together to form a crust. Bottom of crust should be sealed and outside edge should be slightly raised.
    • Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with hash browns and top with cheddar cheese.
    • Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over crust. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
    • Bake in preheated oven until eggs are set, about 25 to 30 minutes.
