Step-by-step

    • Preheat oven to 325°F.
    • In a food processor, crumble the graham crackers.
    • Add the butter and blend together.
    • Press into a 10 inch spring form pan and refrigerate.
    • Rinse processor.
    • Next, place cream cheese into food processor and cream until soft.
    • Add sugar and mix.
    • Add eggs, one at a time blending after each one.

    • Take graham crust out of refrigerator.
    • Pour the cream cheese mixture onto crust.
    • Tap the springform pan to tap out any air bubbles.
    • Wrap the springform pan with aluminum foil making sure it is watertight.
    • Place springform pan inside a large roast pan.
    • Place roast pan inside preheated oven.
    • Fill roast pan halfway with water taking care not to pour any of the water inside of the cream cheese mixture.
    • Bake for one hour.
    • Turn off the oven leaving the cheesecake inside for another hour.
    • Remove cheesecake and set on an inverted bowl to release the springform.
    • Cool overnight and enjoy either plain or with choice of fruit.
