    • Be sure to wash all vegetables before using them.
    • Slice hot dogs and dice all vegetables and put in mixing bowl, add salt and pepper. Mix together.
    • In a large skillet, add your vegetable oil. Turn on to medium heat.
    • Fry meat and veggie mix stirring frequently until potato is done. Remove from heat, top with cheese.
    • In separate skillet, cook eggs sunny side up or over easy.
    • Put sliced bread in toaster oven and toast.
    • Place 2 slices of toast on 3 plates, Evenly distribute meat and veggie mix onto toast, top with 2 eggs and serve.
