    • Add onion, mushroom, bullion and cover. Cook on LOW until onion is clear, about 15-20 minutes. Add Mrs Dash at the beginning so the spice develops.
    • Stir in garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
    • Stir in tomatoes, top with as much chopped spinach as will fit in the pan. Do not stir. Make a small hole in the center so heat can circulate. Add a few slices of fresh Mozzarella. Put on lid and cook on LOW for 10-15 minutes until spinach is wilted and cheese is melted.
    • Cook ravioli.
