As a busy wife and mom, I'm always looking for easy and delicious recipes that I can make for my family. This guacamole is one of my favorites because it's so simple to make and always a hit. I usually serve it with tortilla chips, but it would also be great on tacos or burritos.

Step-by-step

    • Mash the avocados in a large, chilled serving bowl with the back of a fork.
    • Stir in chopped vegetables and add lime juice, salt and pepper.
    • Can be refrigerated for a few hours, but after this time it starts to get brown.
    • Serve as soon as possible with chips.
