Moreover, losing 30 pounds in two weeks?! I mean.. are you for real??! I am begging You, do not believe in this things and this type of advertisements! Rather try eating healthier, being more active, exercising, thinking positive.. be happy, even with few pounds more, but healthy! Healthy body, healthy mind!     • Use a tablespoon to take out the seeds
    • Using a fruit carving knife for digging small balls, cut out all meat from one half of melon to make a bowl where you will put a fruit salad
