Step-by-step

    • Cook a box of 10 pieces of lasagna in a pan of water or shallow water in a frying pan for 8 min.
    • Pan fry 3/4 kilo of ground beef for 15 min.
    • Open a large tin of peeled tomatoes.
    • Have ready one pack of sliced cheese and Parmesan cheese.
    • Prepare a pinch of salt and one dessert spoon of sugar.
    • Put oven on Gas No 8.
    • Lay the lasagna sheets in the bottom of a 12x8 non-stick pan (about 4 sheets).
    • Add a layer of ground beef.
    • Add a pinch of salt.
    • Add a layer of tomatoes (cut in half).
    • Add the spoonful of sugar.
    • Add a layer of sliced cheese.
    • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    • Do another layer the same as above.
    • Cover with tin foil.
    • Bake in a hot oven for 35 min.
    • Take out, remove tin foil, add another layer of sliced cheese, and return to the oven until brown (around 5 to 10 min).
    • Take out and sprinkle a little more Parmesan cheese.
