Step-by-step

    • Peel and quarter onions and put into Thermomix bowl with garlic clove, salt and oil.
    • Process for 4 seconds/speed 5. DO NOT OVERPROCESS.
    • Cook for 8 minutes/Varoma/REVERSE/speed 1.
    • Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar.
    • Mix 2 seconds/REVERSE/speed 2.
    • Cook 14 minutes/100°C/212°F/REVERSE/Soft Stir with measuring cap off the lid.
    • Allow to cool and store in fridge. (Flavor improves as the onions cool.)
