- 1 bunch of fresh asparagus spears
- 1 stick of butter, melted
- 1 box of phyllo dough
- 1 cup of grated Asiago cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chili flakes (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Trim the ends of the asparagus spears and blanch them in the boiling water for 1 minute.
- Remove the asparagus from the boiling water and pat them dry.
- Unfold the phyllo dough sheets and cut them in half.
