I make veggies this way when I am BBQ'ing. My favorites are asparagus and broccoli but you can use any vegetables for this. Same goes for the spices you use, anything will work.

As I was getting ready for the summer, I realized that I needed to find a new way to cook my vegetables. I love grilled vegetables, but I didn't want to have to stand over the grill all summer long. So, I started experimenting with different ways to cook vegetables on the grill, and I finally came up with a method that I love.

This method is easy, and it doesn't require a lot of babysitting. Simply put the vegetables in a plastic bag, add some olive oil, spices, and herbs, and shake to coat. Then, wrap the vegetables in aluminum foil and place them on the grill. Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender. You can add a couple of scoops of butter to the foil before wrapping it up, if you like.

This method works with any type of vegetable. I especially love it for asparagus and broccoli, but you can use zucchini, squash, carrots, peppers, or any other vegetable that you like. You can also adjust the spices and herbs to your liking. I like to use Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt and pepper, but you can use any combination of spices that you like.

This method is a great way to cook vegetables on the grill. It's easy, it doesn't require a lot of babysitting, and it produces delicious, flavorful vegetables.

Step-by-step

    • Put the vegetables in a plastic bag, then add the spices and oil to the bag.
    • Shake well so all veggies are coated.
    • Put the veggies on aluminum foil and add a couple scoops of butter.
    • Wrap everything up in the foil and put on the bbq 10 minutes before your main food is ready (or until done to the softness you like).
