This bread is SO addictive. We could not stop pulling off pieces of this delicious cinnamon sugar bread and popping it in our mouths. The Vanilla Honey Butter I used in the bread is amazing. You must make it. It absolutely makes the dish! It was so good that I could have eaten it with a spoon. I didnt, but I could have. Give this bread a try for breakfast, brunch or even dessert. It is quick and makes a great presentation.

The Sweetest Memories: Cinnamon Roll Pulls and a Trip Down Memory Lane

As a busy businesswoman, my days are often filled with meetings, deadlines, and the constant hum of a demanding career. It's a whirlwind of activity that can sometimes leave me feeling disconnected from the simpler joys of life. That's why I cherish those precious moments when I can step away from the corporate chaos and reconnect with my family, often through the shared experience of creating something delicious in the kitchen.

This weekend, I decided to bake a treat that holds a special place in my heart – Cinnamon Roll Pulls. The aroma of warm cinnamon and melting butter filled the house, instantly transporting me back to my childhood. I remember my grandmother, a woman whose hands were as weathered and wise as the ancient oak tree in her backyard, standing over her stove, creating magic with flour, sugar, and spice. Her kitchen was always a haven, a place where the worries of the world melted away, replaced by the comforting warmth of her presence and the sweet scent of baked goods.

These Cinnamon Roll Pulls aren't just a delicious treat; they're a tangible link to those cherished memories. Each pull-apart piece, dripping with sugary goodness, evokes a sense of nostalgia, reminding me of the simple pleasures that truly nourish the soul. The act of baking itself is a form of therapy, a way to unwind and reconnect with my creative side. Kneading the dough, feeling the soft, yielding texture beneath my fingers, is incredibly grounding, a welcome respite from the relentless demands of my professional life.

The best part, of course, is sharing the finished product with my family. Watching their faces light up as they take their first bite, hearing their happy sighs of contentment, fills me with a sense of warmth and satisfaction that no corporate achievement could ever replicate. In those moments, gathered around the table, savoring the sweet, sticky goodness of Cinnamon Roll Pulls, I'm reminded of what truly matters – the love of family, the comfort of home, and the simple joy of creating something beautiful together. It's a reminder that amidst the hustle and bustle of life, sometimes the sweetest moments are the simplest ones.

This recipe is surprisingly easy to follow, even for those who aren't seasoned bakers. The dough comes together quickly, and the filling is a simple mixture of butter, sugar, and cinnamon – ingredients that are likely already staples in your pantry. The real magic happens when the bread bakes, the cinnamon and sugar caramelizing into a gooey, irresistible filling that will have everyone reaching for more. Step-by-step

    • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    • To make Vanilla Honey Butter: Whip butter and 1/4 cup powdered sugar together until smooth; stir in honey and vanilla. Set aside. (You can use regular butter if desired)
    • Cut the bread lengthwise into 1/2" slices, without cutting through the bottom crust. Spread vanilla honey butter in between slices. Rotate the bread 90 degrees and slice the bread again into 1/2" pieces, without cutting through the bottom crust. Spread more vanilla honey butter in between new cuts. This doesn't need to be perfect - just make sure there is lots of butter in between all the cuts. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Generously sprinkle in between all cuts. (You may have extra butter and cinnamon sugar. It will just depend on how large your bread loaf is.)
    • Wrap in foil; place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until bread is warm. Unwrap cinnamon bread and place on serving platter. Combine powdered sugar and milk - adding milk until you get the consistency desired. Drizzle icing over bread and serve immediately.
