Yesterday was a day full of emotions, a day of joy and accomplishment. I've been working on this recipe for a while now, and I'm so proud to finally share it with you. This dish is perfect for a special occasion, or for any day that you want to treat yourself to something delicious and healthy.

The fish is cooked perfectly, and the vegetables are tender and full of flavor. The whole dish is simply stunning, and I know that you and your loved ones will enjoy it. So go ahead and give this recipe a try, and let me know what you think. I can't wait to hear how you like it!

Step-by-step

    • Preheat oven at max for about 10-15 minutes.
    • Cut a piece of aluminium foil, big enough to be able to pack the fish in it and be covered completely.
    • Rub the fish very good with seasoning and if you have time leave it like this for about 15-20 minutes.
    • Cut all vegetables and mix them together with 1 TBS olive oil (just to soften them a little). Add all vegetables on top of fish, under and in the middle and sprinkle the olive oil on top of everything.
    • Cover the fish completely in foil and put it in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
    • After this time, open the foil on top (just so you can see the fish) and let him bake for about 5-7 minutes more.
