Step-by-step

    • Cut Chicken into medium strips, then marinate for 1 hour in corn starch, sherry wine, Rice wine, soy sauce, Chicken broth and kosher salt.
    • After chicken is marinated well, heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large skillet or wok. Add broccoli and stir-fry until bright green but still crisp (about 2 minutes). Transfer to a plate. Repeat with carrots and snow peas, adding 1 Tbsp oil to each vegetable.
    • In 1 tsp oil, saute the garlic and ginger. Plate with the other sauteed vegetables.
    • (Optional) Remove the vegetables, add 2 Tbsp oil to the wok, then saute the red pepper strips and mushrooms.
    • Add the remaining oil and heat. Add chicken and saute. Add soy sauce and teriyaki sauce. Cook until chicken is brown. Mix well and continue to stir-fry until thickened. Serve.
