  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (30 oz) bag frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
  • 8 oz sour cream

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, set aside 1 cup

Once you have all of your ingredients, simply stir them together in a large bowl. Pour the mixture into a lightly greased 9x13 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheese over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
