Step-by-step

    • Boil Pasta according to package directions. You dont have to use the tri color one but that is the one i like best.
    • Add a pinch of salt to the boiled pasta.
    • Drain when ready.
    • Rinse with cold water to avoid it being sticky once drained.
    • Let pasta cool down with the cold water.
    • Drain again and then add to a large pasta bowl.
    • Add feta, onion, olives (drained), beets (drained), chick peas (drained), peppers (drain but you can leave a little bit in there if you want it more tart), tomato halves.
    • Mix.
    • Then add half the bottle of the italian dressing and the entire bottle of the niki's dressing. Mix well and refrigerate or serve.
