Ingredients:

A dash of pepper
1 package of soft tortilla shells
1 package of pre-sliced pepperoni
2 blocks of light cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups of Italian blend shredded cheese
1 pinch of onion powder or minced onion
1 pinch of garlic salt
1 pinch of oregano to taste
Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes to taste (optional)
5 oz small can of pizza sauce

Step-by-step

    • Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, minus the tortilla shells and pizza sauce.
    • Once mixed, take a large spatula or knife and spread pizza mixture onto one tortilla.
    • Don't overspread the mixture as it will ooze out the sides.
    • Roll up the tortilla and lay the rolled tortilla back into the tortilla bag or on a cookie sheet.
    • Repeat until all the mixture is rolled up in tortillas.
    • Place rolled tortilla shells in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
