The simplicity of the dish is what makes it so special. It's a dish you can easily prepare on a busy weeknight, yet it’s sophisticated and satisfying enough to serve to guests. The versatility of this dish also allows for personal touches. While the Spartan version is relatively plain, you can adapt it to suit your palate. A sprinkle of fresh dill or a squeeze of lemon juice can add delightful bursts of flavor, and of course, a generous topping of crumbled feta cheese is a must!
