  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup gluten free ground oats (i used quick cooking)
  • 1/2 cup chopped chocolate of your preference (i used 80% dark, however, if you use milk chocolate, you might want to leave out the honey)

Step-by-step

    • Melt the honey and coconut oil -either in a dish in the microwave for 35 seconds, or, in a small pan over a very low flame.
    • As soon as they are melted, remove from the microwave or take the pan off the flame and add in the oats, vanilla, 1 teaspoon hemp, and chocolate and stir well till chocolate is melted
    • Pour this mix into a pan lined with plastic wrap, sprinkle remaining 2 teaspoons of hemp on top and place this in the refrigerator overnight
    • Cut into pieces and enjoy
