As a working mom, time is my most precious commodity. Weeknights are a whirlwind of school pick-ups, homework battles, and the ever-present dinner dilemma. Finding time for elaborate baking projects often feels impossible. But sometimes, even amidst the chaos, I crave a little bit of comfort food. Something warm, comforting, and undeniably delicious. That's where my trusty Blueberry Bread Pudding recipe comes in.

This isn't your grandmother's bread pudding (though I bet she'd love it too!). It’s a simplified version, perfect for busy weeknights or even lazy weekends. It requires minimal prep time, uses readily available ingredients, and delivers a taste of pure indulgence. The beauty of this recipe lies in its adaptability. Don’t worry about precise measurements; a little more or less of any ingredient won't drastically alter the final result.

The magic of this bread pudding isn't just in its taste, but also in the process. It's a chance to pause, even for a few minutes, and engage in a simple, soothing activity.
