  • 3 tbs extra virgin olive oil

I made this amazing recipe for dinner last night and it was a hit. The fish was cooked to perfection and the sauce was so flavorful. Step-by-step

  • Mix parmesan cheese with breadcrumbs.
  • Rinse tilapia and dredge in breadcrumb mix.
  • Heat oil in skillet and cook tilapia until done, flipping once.
  • Remove the tilapia to a plate.
  • Add wine, lemon, butter and garlic to skillet and scrape up the remnants stuck in the pan. Heat until garlic cooks through and liquid reduces about half.
  • Add tilapia back to the pan and spoon sauce over it to reheat it, and serve.
