Pork Tenderloin with Feta and Cranberries

This is great with any dried fruit, cranberries, apples, apricots, dates. If you do not like Feta, or want to try something different, use Brie, Havarti, or Gouda cheese instead. I have used thick pork chops as well as the tenderloin with great success.
