Step-by-step

  • Za nadjev od maka, kuhati mlijeko pa kad provri maknuti s vatre i dodati mak i šećer, dobro izmiješati i onda ubaciti grožđice. Vratiti na vatru tako kuhati dok ne proključa i još 2-3 minute da se mak dobro pofuri. Ohladiti smjesu.
  • Svježi sir staviti u vecu posudu, dodati mu cijela jaja, šećer i vanilin šećer. Izmiješati i na kraju dodati maslac sobne temperature te izjednačiti u jednoličnu smjesu.
  • Staviti mlijeko da zakipi sa šećerom i kad provrije maknuti sa strane, ubaciti mljevene orahe i sve dobro izmiješati. Ohladiti smjesu.
  • Oguliti i očistiti jabuke da se dobije 700 grama, u njih dodati šećer i cimet u prahu te dobro izmiješati.
  • Gotove kore za savijaču izmjeriti i narezati na veličinu protvan. Treba 12 kora.
  • Otopiti maslac i njime premazati dno i stijenke protvan.
