Apple dumplings are a classic dessert that's perfect for fall. They're easy to make and always a hit with family and friends.

The best part about apple dumplings is that they're so versatile. You can use any type of apples you like, and you can add different spices to the filling to create your own unique flavor. I like to use a combination of tart and sweet apples, and I add a little bit of cinnamon and nutmeg to the filling. You can also add raisins, cranberries, or nuts to the filling if you like.

Once the dumplings are baked, they're brushed with a sweet glaze and served warm. The glaze gives the dumplings a beautiful shine and a delicious extra sweetness. Apple dumplings are the perfect dessert for a cozy fall evening.
