Step-by-step

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Crust: Mix water, sugar and yeast packet in cup or bowl, set aside.

  • Prepare a 12 cup muffin tin by spraying with cooking spray. Press enough dough in each cup. Just enough to cover the bottom in a thin layer and slightly come up the sides to form a small cup.
  • Fill each cup with 1 tbsp of the chicken mixture and top with 2 tbsp of cheese.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 8-12 minutes.
  • Remove, top with ranch dressing and serve!
