I've been making these Monster Cookies for years, and they're always a hit with my family and friends. They're soft and chewy, with a delicious combination of chocolate chips, peanut butter, and oats. I especially love the way the white chocolate chips melt and create little pockets of sweetness throughout the cookie.

One of the things I love about this recipe is that it's so easy to make. I can usually whip up a batch in about 30 minutes. I also like that the cookies can be made ahead of time and frozen, so I can always have some on hand for unexpected guests or cravings.
