Step-by-step

  • mix coconut flour, arrowroot flour, coconut milk and salt in a small bowl until well combined. Should be a pancake batter consistency
  • heat coconut oil in a skillet over a low to medium heat
  • spoon the batter into the pan and use the back of the spoon to spread it around the pan (see above)
  • cook for about 3 minutes on the first side. It should get bubbly like a pancake and the edges should start to brown. watch it carefully. You want it to cook slowly, so you may need to turn the heat down.
  • carefully flip and cook the other side for 2 minutes

I've always been a big fan of bread, but I've never really thought about making it myself. I figured it would be too difficult or time-consuming. But recently, I decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did!

The process was actually a lot easier than I thought it would be. I started by mixing together the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Then, I added the wet ingredients and stirred until the dough came together. Once the dough was formed, I kneaded it for a few minutes until it was smooth and elastic. Then, I let the dough rise in a warm place for an hour. Once the dough had doubled in size, I punched it down and shaped it into a loaf. I then placed the loaf in a greased loaf pan and let it rise for another hour. Finally, I baked the bread in a preheated oven until it was golden brown.

The finished product was delicious! The bread was soft and fluffy on the inside, and it had a crispy crust on the outside. I was so proud of myself for making such a delicious bread, and I can't wait to make it again soon.
