I recently discovered a fantastic recipe for pulled pork that I can't wait to share with you. It's incredibly easy to make and results in fall-off-the-bone tender pork that's perfect for sandwiches, tacos, or salads.

The key to this recipe is the brine, which helps to keep the pork moist and flavorful. I like to brine my pork overnight, but you can get away with just a few hours if you're short on time. Once the pork is brined, it's simply rubbed with a spice mixture and roasted in a Dutch oven until tender.

While the pork is roasting, you can make your favorite BBQ sauce or coleslaw to serve alongside it. I like to use a simple BBQ sauce made with ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar, but you can use whatever you like. And for the coleslaw, I like to use a mix of shredded cabbage, carrots, and red onion with a mayonnaise-based dressing.

Once the pork is done, it's time to shred it. I like to use two forks to shred the pork, but you can also use a sharp knife. Once the pork is shredded, you can mix it with your BBQ sauce and coleslaw, and serve on sandwiches, tacos, or salads.

This pulled pork recipe is sure to be a hit with your family and friends. It's easy to make, delicious, and perfect for any occasion.
