  • Pre-Heat oven to 400 degrees
  • An hour before preparing - marinate chicken in salad dressing
  • Place 2 pieces of Naan Flat bread on a cookie sheet drizzle with olive oil and coat the top.
  • Sprinkle with oregano, garlic, crazy salt or any other seasonings of your choice. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and top with approx. 5 sun dried tomatoes on each flat bread. Set aside.
  • In a large skillet, carmelize onions and peppers with olive oil and honey
  • In a medium skillet; cook chicken in salad dressing until no longer pink. appox. 5-10 minutes

  • Bake in oven approx. 10-12 minutes

    To make this recipe, you'll need the following ingredients:

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 pieces naan flatbread, any flavor
    • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
    • 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into strips
    • 1 medium yellow or orange bell pepper, cut into strips
    • 1 medium sweet onion, sliced and separated into circles
    • 1/2 bottle of salad dressing, any flavor of your choice
    • 10 pieces sun-dried tomatoes in oil (I like BJ's brand)
    • 2-3 shakes of oregano, crazy salt, etc., any seasonings you like
    • 2 cups shredded cheese of your choice
    • 2-3 tablespoons honey

    Once you have all of your ingredients, follow these steps to make the chicken flat bread:

    1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2. An hour before preparing, marinate the chicken in salad dressing.
    3. Place the naan flatbreads on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with oregano, garlic, crazy salt, or any other seasonings of your choice. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and top with approximately 5 sun-dried tomatoes on each flatbread. Set aside.
    4. In a large skillet, caramelize the onions and peppers with olive oil and honey.
    5. In a medium skillet, cook the chicken in salad dressing until it is no longer pink, approximately 5-10 minutes.
    6. Top the cheese with the chicken pieces, then the caramelized onions and peppers.
    7. Bake in the oven for approximately 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the chicken is cooked through.

    Once the chicken flat bread is cooked, let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
