As a housewife, I'm always looking for easy and delicious recipes that I can make for my family. This Tex-Mex Chicken Pasta Salad is one of my favorites because it's so flavorful and refreshing, yet it's also filling. It's the perfect meal for a summer party or a busy weeknight dinner.

The best part about this salad is that it's so versatile. You can add or remove ingredients to your liking. For example, if you don't like black olives, you can leave them out. Or, if you want to make the salad spicier, you can add more hot sauce. I also like to add a little bit of fresh cilantro to the salad for an extra burst of flavor.
