Step-by-step

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Fry pork chops in olive oil in dutch oven until lightly browned (set aside). Season to taste (I like it with fresh just ground pepper). I like to cook with onions and garlic.
  • Cook onions, potato, carrots, green beans, celery, and tomatoes in dutch oven. Season to taste (I like with herbs de provence). Stir / toss, as needed.
  • Add back pork chops. I "bury" the pork chops so they are surrounded by vegetables.
  • Cover and bake in the overn for 30-40 minutes

As a housewife, I've always been passionate about cooking and creating delicious meals for my family. One of my favorite dishes to make is Pork Chops and Vegetables, a recipe I learned from my mother when I was growing up.

This dish holds a special place in my heart, and I love the way the flavors of the pork and vegetables blend together. It's a simple yet satisfying meal that is perfect for any occasion. I often serve it with mashed potatoes or rice, and it always disappears quickly! If you're looking for a comforting and flavorful dish, I highly recommend giving Pork Chops and Vegetables a try. You won't be disappointed!
