Step-by-step

  • Preheat grill to 550 degrees F.
  • Brush raw salmon with melted butter. Be sure not to reuse the dirty utensils on cooked food!
  • Shake salt, pepper and garlic over the salmon.
  • Place salmon on the grill.
  • Cook salmon four minutes (approx).
  • Halfway through, turn at a 90 degree angle to get the perfect grill marks.
  • ALWAYS TURN GENTLY!! Remember to cook each side approx 4 minutes, and this is a recipe that you must stick next to, don't walk away while cooking.
  • After cooking apply garlic butter.
